I have a 4.13 weighted gpa, 150 hours+ of community service, in debate team, science Olympiad! math team! quiz team and sophomore leadership! have taken ap chem, ap ush, ap physics c, ap gov, IB psych, ap calculus BC, ap lang.

Sat: 2130

Act: 33

150 hours of community service means nothing. What’d you spend it on?

What have you done in those teams and olympiads? Maybe you have leadership positions, won awards, or initiated a project.

What’s your unweighted GPA?

I spent my 150 hours on hospital volunteering, Red Cross, COSI, and a golf tournament. In sophomore cabinet I was elected treasurer of the club which in fact is a school government.

I got a 5 on all ap tests except, US history and lang, I got a 6 on the IB psych

I’m still volunteering at COSI and Red Cross to improve my community service hours to above 250, currently (I checked) I have around 210, sorry for any confusion that caused.

No one cares how many hours you have. It’s only significant if you volunteer at 1-2 places at which you aren’t simply doing what they tell you, but actually contributing. Adcoms don’t care how many hours you have and they don’t care how many activities. They care about what you do in that volunteering and activities.

What AP’s are you taking this year?

AP tests aren’t really a determining factor.

I’d say high match, low reach.
