You’re doing great so far! Keep it up! I don’t think you’ll have a problem getting accepted to Wharton. I think the only thing you really have to think about is how much money can you get, and let me tell you. Thats a very good thing to have to worry about

I won’t be extremely optimistic like the other commenters. Look, it’s Wharton. It’s really hard to get in. Do your stats match the “typical” profile? Yeah, more or less. Do you have a “good chance” of getting in? No, just like the thousands of other really qualified students. More so for Huntsman, especially because there’s not much “international” interest shown. But good luck either way, and if we both get extremely, extremely lucky, maybe we’ll end up together up Wharton/Huntsman! ;)

Your stats look good but I don’t know how much being an international will affect your chances… Also, I don’t know if you realized this but you posted this in the Class of 2015 thread instead of the general thread… ;)

For what it’s worth, I have no idea how I got into Huntsman. I am Midwest student with minimal international experience and great grades and ACT, but minimal APs and SATs and the like. Everyone seems to be extremely accomplished.

It seems to me that knowing the program directors and making an impression on them is a good start. I heard they accepted very few people they hadn’t met. After that it’s really a matter of writing good essays. Many of the kids who get in are multilingual and are taking/have passed Calc BC by their senior year.

So work hard on your essays, delve into your ECs this year, and have fun
I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully you will join us in Wharton/Huntsman 2016!

Did you get it? :stuck_out_tongue:
