I am a community college student majoring in Business Administration and I am planning to transfer.

-Never took the SAT or ACT due to going to a community college first.
-3.8/4.0 GPA.
-President of my business club that I started.
-I have received appraisal from many professors that I show excellent leadership skills
-I volunteer as a Chess Instructor at my local public library
- I also plan on starting my own business (bookkeeping) in a few weeks that I can easily move into Wharton if I do get accepted and I will be the CEO of that business.
-I know four languages (English, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese)
I am Hispanic-American, and this might not help, but according to someone, I have a better chance because of being Hispanic-American? (that doesn't make any sense to me at all haha)
-I attend a few business conferences and meetings a month and I have both professional and personal conversations with top business executives.
-With good grades, I am also getting my education paid for with the help of a lot of aid due to my family's financial condition (we're not poor, we're right around or a bit below the Middle Class).

Actually being Hispanic-American does help because you are a URM of high performing students in minority races (Asians don’t count since there are so MANY high performing students). I think you’ll have a good shot, but it’ll be tough nevertheless to transfer from CC into an Ivy - and Wharton at that. Best of luck man.

Work Experience: 11th grade: I worked on a fishing boat to help my father financially support our family. I went out at sea during the winter as well when conditions were cold, wet, and rough, and I even worked my entire Christmas break (except for Christmas day) to bring in money for my family. I soon quit that job and began working part-time at a small barbecue restaurant and I still am.

I also do parkour. I self-train myself Ninjutsu. I was also Vice-President of my high school’s Model Congress club. I am also a recipient of the Middle States Association Award. In June 2013, I almost died from an infection which started at a tooth and it worked itself towards my eye and almost went to my brain. The oral surgeon saved my life and I feel that life is short and I should do more with my life; educationally, personally, and professionally.
