What are my chances of getting into William and Mary

<p>I am going into my third year of high school and have been told I need to start considering colleges. William and Mary is at the top of my list, followed by UNC-Chapel Hill and Wake Forest. My parents want me to consider Duke, because my dad has a high position there, but I am very apprehensive about being declined. I am wondering what my chances of getting into these colleges are. I will list my current high school career. Also, my school does not offer AP course and only allowed one honor course freshmen year. If it means anything honors at my school is at AP level..</p>

Algebra I (I know very low level, but my middle school put me behind)

Spanish II
Unweighted GPA: 3.69
Weight GPA: 3.8</p>

Honors Algebra II (Online)
Honors Geometry
Editor of yearbook
Spanish III
Religion
Unweighted GPA: 3.7
Weighted GPA: 4.5ish</p>

<p>Junior year:
Honors biology
Honors pre-cal
Honors humanities
Honors spanish IV
Bioethics
Editor of yearbook
Art class
Speech making class
GPA: should make a perfect 4.0</p>

<p>Summer: College calculus class</p>

<p>Senior year:
Well not exactly sure, but here is what I am thinking
Some honors level english course
Honors Spanish V
Anatomy and Phys
Some AP online math course (I want to take calculus II, but I am not sure if I can)
Class that teaches children to read
Religion II
Senior project
Editor of yearbook
Some other science course</p>

<p>Other:
Varsity soccer team (4 yrs)
Literary magazine (3 yrs; planning on being main editor senior year, but layout editor the rest)
Help coach a children's soccer team (Hopefully)
Volunteer at a hospital (I want to go into pre-med)
Shadow a doctor (Hopefully)
Planning on a high SAT score (Taking a course)
and like I said yearbook (4 yrs; 3 as editor)
I also want to join some club if there are more offered at my school..I think that is pretty much it! </p>

<p>Oh also I live in North Carolina, but if this effects anything I was born in Europe</p>

SATs I am aiming for high grades…I am taking an SAT course and have already begun preparing for them, because I really want to get in the 2000-2400 range.</p>

<p>your GPA is NOT low…do not listen to HelpWithSchools. If you do well on the SAT, then I think you have a pretty good chance. Good luck!</p>

<p>W+M is on a 1600 scale</p>

<p>I would say IS, you need a 1300+, OOS, maybe a 1400 (just a guess)</p>
