What are my chances of getting into WVU?

I am currently at Southern Connecticut State university in CT and looking to transfer to WVU, ive completed 12 credit hours so far for my fall semester and looking to finish up another 12 hours for my spring semester for a total of 24 hours. I am a marketing major and I have a 3.2 gpa as of right now. My high school grades and ACT score werent the best. I had a 2.9 gpa and a 19 composite ACT score. I just wanted to get feedback from other people because I’m stressed out that i won’t get in. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

A little late here, but did you find out if you can transfer? If still wondering, call the university. They are SO nice and will work with you I"m sure.
