What are my chances of getting into these two selective schools? I know my stats aren't 100% amazing, but they look past that, right?

I'm gonna have to say that Yale is a great reach for you. Yale is a reach for almost everyone.

Northwestern, I"m gonna say is a slight reach.

You should look into schools like USC with good music programs, rather than just prestigious schools.

well, actually I'm applying to these two for more of their music program rather than name
but thanks!

Agree with Soccerstar. I would also look at University of Rochester, Case Western, St. Olafs and Indiana. All are excellent music schools. Good luck!

I decided not to go for eastman (of rochester), and i did apply to indiana's music school, but they rejected me. According to my voice teacher, they look for really big booming voices, which kinda works against me somehow haha
thanks!
