What are my chances of making it into West Point?

<p>I am a freshman in high school. Caucasian male from Jersey.</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA-91
Weighted GPA- 93</p>

<p>I am not in any honors classes but will be in two or three next year.</p>

<p>I earned a varsity letter in ice hockey this year as a freshman and plan to earn one in hockey in all 4 years. As a freshman, I earned an award for achieving all A's while playing a varsity sport.</p>

<p>I am on the honor roll for my school for every marking period.</p>

<p>I participate in a Model United Nations club and an anti-genocide club. In the anti-genocide club I am a research analyst which is an officer/elected position.</p>

<p>I plan to take AP courses as a junior and senior and as many honors classes as I can.</p>

<p>I also plan on applying to attend the west point Summer Leaders Seminar in the summer of my junior year.</p>

<p>Looks like you’re off to a good start. Keep the grades up, excel in your sports, and strive for leadership roles (team captain, etc.). Learn all you can about both West Point and life as an Army officer. </p>
