Currently im going into my junior year of high school. I have failed 2 semesters of Geometry,1 semester of algebra,1 semester of chemistry, and im currently about to fail another semester of chemistry if my regents grade is below a 65, as well as a semester of spanish if my teacher doesnt round up my 64.22 to a 65. I have been slacking ever since i entered high school. First semester of high school i was doing ok with a 90 avg and even qualified ofr ap world history. However the 2nd semester of freshmen year was where i started going downhill. I wasnt studying for tests, which led to failing algebra, i was slacking off in ap world since the heavy workload was too much for me, and i was staying up playing video games so i was very tired in class. Sophomore year i still struggled and geometry was just way too hard and i didnt put in the effort to study for tests. Now after sophomore year i prob have a 2.5 gpa at best since i do take 2 aps,ap computer science and ap euro history, and have good grades in those classes. My grades are all 80+ besides language, math, and science classes. Im def gonna plan to retake the semester of algebra as well as the semesters of chemistry senior year, and i think the ap comp sci credits count as math credits so i might not have to retake geometry. I just want to know what are my chances of going into a good school? Im for sure try harding junior year and senior year now that i realize the hole i put myself in. Im gonna try to get a 90 avg at least and have scheduled ap classes such as ap english,ap us history, and ap gov to make up for my low avg since i always do good in english and global classes with 90 averages in both subjects, which was why i was able to qualify for these aps in the first place. If i try hard i could look to make my gpa rise to a 3- 3.5 come senior year. im willing to put in the work by not sleeping late and studying for exams, as well as paying attention in class.Any helpful advice and input would be greatly appreciated regarding my situation. I need to know if thereis any hope for my case.

If you can really change your behavior, you certainly can find 4 year schools that will admit you. You won’t be getting into top colleges, but you will have choices.
Most schools are good schools even community colleges, but there are 4-yr colleges that accept students with grades in the 2.0-3.0 range.
That depends on how well you begin to turn your academic and personal behavior around and how you define decent. Your difficulties fall in core academic areas like math and foreign language which makes your academic recovery more challenging. Ask your advisor if you can take classes at the community college and even start school after graduation. You will also need very good scores on admissions tests. This really depends on you to sort out.
Math is a tough area to pull up your grades, because there is so much direct dependence between what you learned last year and what you are going to learn next year. You might want to study math over the summer to solidify your knowledge of what you were supposed to learn up to this point.
Foreign language is also an area where what you will learn next year depends upon what you have already learned. However, for Spanish and for most languages you can see videos on-line that will help. Watching movies or TV shows in a foreign language can help a lot, although you might not understand much at first. Try to find people who will let you sit down and talk to them in Spanish on an ongoing basis (maybe a couple of hours a couple of times each week).
If you can do very well Junior year, it will help a lot in terms of getting into a good university. It is probably already too late for anything in the top 100 or so, at least directly from high school, but there are thousands of universities and colleges in the US and you still have a chance for most of them.
“I need to know if there is any hope for my case.”
Yes, there is hope. However, you are going to need to work hard next year to start catching up, and you can start right away to work to catch up in a couple of areas.
Can you get a fellow student to tutor you next year in math?
