Technically I am a sophomore in Community College, however as of right now I've only taken six classes. I graduated high school in 2011 instead of going straight to community college i took the first semester of and applied for the spring of 2012. When I was choosing my classes at the school the lady in charge put me down for a winter class I did not know and clearly there was some miscommunication on both sides. When I went to school for the spring semester I came across some family problems and was forced to withdraw from two of my classes leaving me with two courses for the spring semester. This last fall semester I finally went full time and finished four classes my GPA for the fall 2012 semester is 3.675, but here is where it gets tricky being unaware of the winter class I never withdrew so for that class I was given a Zero For the two spring semester classes i managed to get an A and a B. Now I don't like community college and would like to transfer out as soon as possible to a four year institution, I want to know my chances of getting accepted or what i can do about that zero and increase my odds. I graduated high school with a 3.3 GPA and my SAT scores were 1670. Should I still apply and with that zero and explain to the college what happened? What i may en up doing is take that class and omit the zero but that will be for the 2013 spring semester will that help and allow me to transfer in time for the 2013 fall semester ? Please any help will be appreciated
