what are my chances of transferring to a UC?

I've applied to UCB, UCLA, and UCSC with linguistics as my intended major. I've been at CC for 3 years and I'll have my IGETC by the end of spring. I've taken loads of language classes and related courses in anthro, psych, and phil. I should have a 3.5 GPA by the end of this semester and the professor i had review my essays said that they were outstanding. What do you think my chances are? I can't sleep... please help:)

how do they judge a trasnfer student anyways?

just gpa? or are there any standardized tests?

from what i understand it's mainly GPA and GE requirements - no SAT scores are considered for transfers

i still have no idea how to judge.

one of my friends transferred to UCLA from cerritos community college.

he had pretty good gpa 3.0++ i think

they might ask for a final high school transcript

i could deal with that... straight A's senior year- that counts for something, right? is my GPA good enough though? do W's matter?
