What are my chances of transferring to Georgia?

<p>I am planning on transferring to the University of Georgia after my sophomore year here at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. I currently have a 3.183 cumulative GPA and have already taken 36 credit hours. What do you think my chances are of getting into Georgia and into their ROTC program?</p>
