What are my chances of transferring to WashU?

Hey, it was my dream (and still is) to get into Washington University in St. Louis, but last year, I was "wait listed". However, I want to apply again. What are my chances of getting into WashU---or any elite school? Here are my stats:

Volunteered at a nursing home (over 250 hours)
Lab Assistant/Research technician at Washington University School of Medicine

College stats/extracurriculars:
College GPA: 3.80

Strive for College Mentor (3 hours per week)
National Biology Honor Society (1 hour per week)
Tutor for local high school students (5-6 hours per week)
Choir Member and Co-Treasurer of my church (10 hours per week)
Honors Program

Chances??? Thanks! Oh, and please let me know as to how I could improve. THANKS!!!

Oh, and I received all 5s on my AP tests.

Where are you now?

I am a sophomore at Saint Louis University.

Sorry forgot to ask as well, how many credits do you have? For transfer admissions, credits and GPA are the most important criteria. The school you transfer to wants to make sure you can graduate on time. Also the strength of the school matters in that if you are transferring from, say Northwestern, to Wash U, your GPA will not have to be as high as if you are transferring from where you are to Wash U. That’s why I ask where you are now.

As of right now, I have 32 credits.
