<p>Hey College Confidential! I am currently a High School Junior who is curious his chances for college, specifically Georgetown. I have a 4.2 GPA (unweighted of course) combined, midway into my junior year.
Right now, unfortunately, I'm really lacking in knowledge of the admissions process although I do have a decent idea of where I want to go a college with an outstanding History/Poly Sci/International Studies department. I typically get high As-A+ in English, history, foreign language, electives, and math. I typically get B+s in science though. Also, I'm not taking an honors science course this year... just not really up for it with my other classes and extracurricular activities (on that note, here is my class load through high school so far)

-As mentioned above, I love Civics and government and history in general; and this summer, I was privileged enough to travel to China to broaden my love and knowledge of cultures, and history and politics; through the program, I met with local Chinese NGOs and government officials.
-I was also lucky enough to be in attendance for President Obamas inauguration; by far, the most exhilarating experience of my life. </p>
