What are my chances on getting into Vanderbilt and Cornell?

Hi, I’m an international homeschooled student from Peru. I would like to major in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University and in Cornell as well. My GPA is a 3.9/4 unweighted and a 4.5 weighted, my SAT score is a 1470, and my TOEFL score is 108. As for my extracurriculars, I won a national competition for taekwondo, also a metropolitan competition. I’ve done lots of coursework of computer science, I’m a leader at my church’s youth group, at a non profit organization where I teach Math, at my church’s multimedia team, and a leader in a new project where i donate gifts to young mothers (usually 12-18 year old). I also do swimming 6hr/week but I don’t belong to any team because most of the teams are for clubs (and you have to pay a lot to be a member there). I got 500+ hours of community service (360 hours because I helped for two months at a summer camp and the rest are because I helped in other organizations). I would really like to know what are my chances on getting into Vanderbilt, I was thinking to apply ED, and regular decision to Cornell, both of them are my top choices. I would love to get some feedback on my application! how can I become a better applicant?
