What are my chances on transferring to Villanova or Colgate

Hi, I have been researching some University because I am about to graduate from Borough of Manhattan community college and I am planning to transfer. My choices are Villanova University, Colgate University, University of Virginia (because it was ranked pretty high but I haven't did much research on University of Virginia).

I have a 3.77 GPA and it should be a 3.8 or higher by the end of this semester.

I am on the Dean's list for two consecutive years.

I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society.

No extracurricular activity unless going to meetings for Phi theta kappa honor society or a program called graduate success initiatives

I did community service to clean my local park when I was 16 years old because it was filled with litter and drug related trash (needles, drug baggies, and etc) but I do not have any records of doing it.

After that community service I had been working part-time or full-time so I did not have time to do much extracurricular or volunteer work or affiliated myself to any clubs.

My SAT is 1250 right now but I am going to retake my SAT this year, I am confidence that I can get a higher score but will average to 1650-1850

My high school transcript is not great.

Does Villanova University look upon high school transcript heavily. I mean I didn't do well in high school but if they do look at it. I guess it will show great improvement.

If I get a 1850 SAT score my reach school will be Columbia GS. If you can chances me on that too.

What other school do you think I have a shot in getting in to?
