<p>Don’t worry about the fact that people may be annoyed by these threads. I think we all understand junior or senior anxiety. That said, I think that you are a match at UCSD because of your test scorese even though it is a competitive major. Your GPA could be higher, but it is not bad. Your ECs do not suck. Good luck!</p>

<p>Hey by looking at your stats I think you have a really good chance. i was called friday and given the good news so i was happy.I myself only had 1850 SAT and 3.9 UC (only A-G classes so no PE And stuff) GPA and I was like class rank 39/450, I had some extracurricular and I think good essay. I had shown improvement though from 3.1-3.8-4.2 GPA from soft more to junior year. I only took 3 AP’s junior year and this yeah I am taking 5.</p>
<p>Hey guys my application is nearly identical to the OP’s except with a 2050 SAT score. And no COSMOS. </p>
<p>But I have done research in a graduate lab, 400 hours of community service, 2 sports and I am a medical intern, 3 clubs and leadership postion in one. </p>
<p>Factoring in these discrepancies how do you guys think my chances are looking? If this is annoying I apologize in advance it’s the nerves getting to me.</p>
