<p>I am a junior from Minnesota, desperately trying to escape this winter!!:) Please comment what my chances would be with any of these schools! Also, feel free to post any advice or what I could improve on, I am open to anything!!</p>
<p>Junior Schedule:
AP US History: A
Blended (independent) US Literature: A
AP Human Geography: A-
Drawing and Painting: A
Honors Biology: A-
Band: A
AP Statistics: A-/B+ (depending on how the semester finishes up)
French: A-</p>
<p>Overall GPA (as of now): 11.26 out of 12 or a 3.75 out of 4</p>
<p>ACT: 32 (33E, 26M, 33R, 34S)</p>
<p>My school does not rank.</p>
<p>Extracurriculars: Tutor at local elementary school throughout the year; Volunteer at church very often during summer; Volunteer at local hospital 3 times a week; Volunteer leader at summer gluten intolerance camp; Run tutoring program in the summer for middle school student to work on their math; Volunteer at soup kitchen once a month with church group; Play softball, volleyball, badminton (captain next year), and I nordic ski; I umpire and help coach elementary school softball; Student Representative on Connecting with Kids Community Education Board for my city.</p>
<p>Others: I have taken the AP World History Test and I scored a 5, I also plan to take 4 AP classes as a senior.
I expect teacher/counselor recommendations to be solid, I have no concerns for those, and as for essays, I have not started them yet, but am actually excited to write them!</p>

<p>These are my tops schools. </p>
<p>side note: I plan to apply early admission to Duke or Northwestern, so chance those as early admission schools.</p>
