What are my chances? Please help quick!

I only have 5 days to decide which universities to send common app to, and am not sure where I stand a chance. I'm an American citizen born and raised in Pakistan. They follow the British system here.

Anyway...so here it goes

O Levels Result: 9As (straight As)
AS level Result: 2As (only gave it in two subjects)
Overall rank: 2 in a class of 127
GPA: 3.75

Extracurriculars:

Interned as public surveyor for the ILO (Child Rights awareness)
Earthquake relief in 2005
Cancer Hospital Fund Collection in 2001
Member of the school basketaball team
President of the student council
Member of the debating society since 2nd grade
Member of the history society
Vice President of the science Society
Member of Dramatic Society
Was selected for a Physics camp held annually for 40 students selected from all over the country on a merit basis (have to give a test).

SAT 1
Maths: 750 (only got 2 wrong..its weird)
Verbal: 670
Writing: 680

SAT 2
Maths 1C: 750
Maths 2C: 710
Physics: 710

Potential Major: Economics, Mathematics

Essays are going pretty good. Anyway..I'm thinking of applying to Cornell, Dartmouth, Brown, Yale, Swarthmore, Michigan and Princeton. I know they're too many Ivys on the list. My father's just being a real pain in the ass about it. He thinks there's no harm in applying. Anyway, what are my chances?

Oh..by the way I'm a dual citizen (USA and Pakistan). Does that change anything?

You should definitely put some safeties on your list. The majority of the ivies might be slight reaches. Few ivies are matches for anyone.

You have a good shot but those schools are unpredictable for all of them
Since you are doing common App for Cornell/Dartmouth etc. you should consider adding similar caliber schools like Duke or Williams, unless you don't want to apply anywhere else. Just because they are similar to Dartmouth, Swarthmore etc. and it increases the chance for admission somewhere.

By the way...are US colleges going to consider my O level and A level result more, or the SAT score? The O and A level result is the equivalent of a high-school record. Isn't the high school record considered more important than the SAT score? I realize I've messed up my SAT score. It was just really difficult with the earthquake. It was pure chaos here. No one knew when the tests were going to be, and both SAT 1 and SAT 2 were postponed. We only found out when they were going to be a week in advance. Should I mention that or not in the "Extenuating circumstances" section?
