What are my chances? Please help!!

<p>I'm going to be a Senior in highschool and i'm already stressing out about colleges.</p>

<p>My gpa isn't that good it's a 2.7 (80) and i have a 1750 on my Sat
Reading: 580
math: 590
Writing: 580</p>

<p>i'm not sure about ACT they didn't come yet. Should i take the Sat's again in october and try to boost up the grade?
I just messed up freshman and sophmore year. I am trying to get my grades back up</p>

<p>I have this program in my highschool that i'm in it's called "Medical Assistant".
The program is 3 years long, after the third year you take a test and if you pass you become a certified medical/physicans assistant. Do you think this will help with colleges?
I also take Ap English.</p>

<p>I volunteer at a hospital and by the end of this summer i will have 50 hours. </p>

<p>I really want to know my chances of getting into Hunter College?
I'm also applying to other Cunys such as Baruch, Lehman, City Tech, Queens college, and York college. Please help!!</p>

<p>It couldn’t hurt to take the SATs again in October, try to bump up your scores even just a bit. Try some free practice tests! You can get them on collegeboard.</p>

<p>The medical assistant program would be a great thing to include, as well as several other ECs you have :slight_smile: What do you want to major in/study?</p>

<p>One of the best websites I’ve seen is called parchment.com! Make an account and they will show you, statistically, how you stack up against other students who’ve applied there before… it’s a pretty accurate system :slight_smile: </p>
