what are my chances, please help

Hello out there,
I would greatly appreciate anyone's help on whether or not i will be able to get into ivy league schools and/or premed schools such as GWU.
Currently my GPA is
unweighted: 3.95 Weighted: 4.07
I am currently a junior and am pretty sure my GPA will go up to 4.15 as a senior.
These grades are based on the following scale:
94-100% 4.0
90-94% 3.5

I just took the SAT and am predicting a score of 2100 or higher

AP's: Bio, Eng, W. Hist, US Hist
8 Honors courses
I will be taking 5 AP's next year

EC's:
NHS
Chess Club
Model United Nations
volunteer and INOVA hospital for 250+ hrs
Volunteer at local library 50+ hrs
volunteer at a cadiovascular institute 200+ hrs
did a few internships for some company
volunteer with physician 30+ hrs

I was unable to do any sports because I have one blind eye and the doctor recommended that i do my best to protect the other, which is weak, and avoid risky activities.
School activites are limited because I have to take care of my lil sis after school so the time i dedicate to EC's has to be on weekends.

Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated

ECs are not that strong and you'll probably need 2250+ on the SAT...

ivy is a reach, but cornell might be more of a slight reach, and GWU is a good match... however bring up ur sat's...

Thanks for your help, any suggestions on how to improve my EC's;and what would you recommend me to do for getting my SAT's up. I did 24 practise tests, and 4hrs of study to get where it is now.

24 practice tests and 4 hours of studying and you still don't know how to spell practice?

sorry I had to do it
