<p>Hi, I'm zack4ccu from Virginia:</p>

<p>I am really interested in Flagler College (FL). But - with most College websites they give what they base their acceptance on, but on Flagler's website is doesn't. Below are my grades:

<p>So .. After seeing those grades, do you think my chances at Flagler are "messed up"? I know. I still have two more years of H.S. left and I still have to take the SAT & ACT. But - Do you think I have a decent chance at Flagler. BTW - I want to major in Journalism/PR - if I were to attend Flagler.</p>

<p>You are not messed up. It's way too early to be messed up. But, you need to stop getting Ds. Your chances at Flagler are not ruined. If you are having trouble with the subject matter, maybe you can get tutoring. Maybe you can also retake courses in the summer to up the grades. If you are just goofing off too much (which I suspect), then you just need to make yourself a schedule and stick with it. Consider asking a parent to "push" you to agreed goals. I do this with my son. He speaks up if I push too much and stress him. If you are hanging around with people who goof off too much, consider spending time with people who are doing better in school. Maybe not all of your time, but maybe branch out a little in your friendships.</p>
