Your scores are great, and your gpa is perfectly fine. Is cal caltech? Because Caltech cares greatly about math/science grades only, and with your good test scores, they'll most likely accept you.

You really need to pick out a safety or two. I am not saying that you won't get into your other choices but find a safety so you have some backup.

When you say "hesitant about applying"...aren't the application dates for these schools passed? If these are the only ones you have/or are applying to, I agree with ^^, you need some safeties.

Your stats look alright to me. It also depends on your extra-curricular activities, awards, community involvement, etc. As some people have noted, you should probably have a couple safeties just in case.

THANKS FOR REPLYING GUYS :)
well im a junior so i havent actually applied yet...that list of schools up there is just a list of places im thinking about applying early admission at...except i have no clue which one im gonna choose. most likely it will be the school that i have a better chance at since i like them all. my school doesnt rank

debate 3 years
theatre 4 years
theatre company 2 years

not too impressive but oh well all i thnk of

If you're not sure which of those schools you like best, then I suggest not applying to any of those ED schools (Columbia, Cornell, UPenn, I think) and just apply EA.

Your scores are great, and it's nice that you've gotten all the SAT stuff out of the way. Your ECs aren't amazingly spectacular, but you're obviously very involved.

But it'll also depend on your recs and essays.
