what are my chances? please reply!

I've always been a slacker despite all my efforts with sometimes less than stellar results (I literally studied for AP the day before and SATs the week before). But I still thought I could get into a good college until I saw these threads where people with 4.6 GPAS and 2400s are stressing about getting into colleges. Now I'm in a panic and was wondering if anyone could evaluate my chances of getting into my colleges of choice: Wellesley, Pomona, and NYU. Be honest, brutal if you have to, and please try and give me tips on what I should retake or how I should study for the SAT I that I will be taking in two months' that I haven't even studied for. I am a rising senior in HS.

GPA:~4.0 weighted (I know, I told you I was a slacker, but my public HS is one of the best in CA so I hope that weighs in?)

APUS: 5
AP Bio: 4 (I thought this was okay until I looked at the AP forums!)

I will take AP Calc AB, AP Lit, and AP Spanish Senior year.

SAT I: (only taken once in March, retake in Oct): w: 740 cr: 800 m: 670
SAT II:
Lit: 760
US Hist: 730 (May) 770 (June)
Math IC: 580 (ouch, long story) should I take the IIC so as not to leave this blemish on my record? my math is shaky at best.
Writing: 790

sorry, just bumping this up.

I'm not too sure about the other two but NYU should not be very difficult to get into with your stats. I would recommend that you take your SAT 2 Math 1C again and try to get above 700 or 750. Other than that u have a great shot at NYU. Your EC's are quite good. If your math is shaky, don't take math 2C, try 1C again.
