And what should I really beef up on to increase my chances for PLME? What types of things do they focus on? I received a very painful B in PreCal… how much will that affect my chances of admission? Thanks in advance,

hard without scores, but your Biology SAT II is low so I would retake if I were you and really try to get an 800...considering you're applying to PLME. It really really depends on essays, so it's hard to say, but your extra curriculars seem pretty good and medicine related.
