Your chances at all these colleges are very good. Is the 3.93 a weighted GPA? Seems like you’d be higher than top 25% of class with an unweighted GPA this high

My high school is insanely hard, like, #2 or 3 in Texas. And plus I slacked off in biology freshman year which brought me waaay down.

Are all schools affordable especially UCLA which gives no financial aid to out of state students? You are looking at paying $60K/year for UCLA so you might want to check with your parents about your college budget.
Run the Net Price Calculators for each school of interest before applying.

You look competitive for UCLA and USC if your GPA listed is unweighted. Make sure you have some solid match and at least 1-2 safety schools on your list.

UC do not look at freshman year, so your gpa should go up

I cannot guarantee the veracity of my opinion, but I would be very, very surprised if you did not get accepted to the mentioned schools with those stats.

However, send your ACT scores in lieu of the SAT. I think the ACT is higher.

Both testing scores are very strong, but I think you should send in your ACT score. I would be very surprised if you didn’t get into most if not all of these schools.
