What are my chances? (Read Me!)

Alright, supposing I want to go to the following schools (my most "reachiest" reach schools), what are my chances?:
MIT, Harvard, Stanford, UChicago, Rice, Columbia, Brown, UMichigan, UT (Austin), CalTech

GPA: 3.01/4.0 (at my school), 3.35/4.0 (standard 4.0 scale)
Classes: difficult (as many honors and AP as my school allows)
I took geometry over the summer of my freshman year (got an award). Two years of JROTC (mandatory here). This year (junior year) I am doubling-up on science to take physics II H and chemistry Pre-AP H. (I hope to get one award in each). My grades range from A's to D's (depending on subject matter) with a cumulative average of 87. I am taking 3 to 5 AP classes next year.
Awards:
- a couple award ribbons for JROTC (2 or 3)
- a couple honor roll awards
- 9th place in my city on the NSE (non-native speaker)
- highest grade/leadership award, summer geometry 2009
- 8th place at a local science academic competition
- AMC 10 school winner 2010
Assume the following:
- award for phys. II honors
- award for chem. Pre-AP honors
- 2300 SAT
- 4s on all AP exams
ECs (total by end of HS):
- 2 years varsity orienteering team (JROTC)
- 1 year engineering/robotics club
- 2 years JV cross country
- 2 years JV tennis
- 2 years animal welfare club
- 1 year guardian angels club
- 1 year bowling team
- 1 year golf team
- 2011 yearbook staff
Service hours:
- basura (trash) bash
- meals on wheels
- building shelves for an elementary school classroom
- more that I don't remember
Total: ? Hours
(on a side note, I took two Pre-college engineering programs prior to HS, and I tested out of the 8th grade to get a head start on HS)
I am a Hispanic male with a family income=$100k

I know most (if not all) of those schools are out of the question (MIT, duh), but I'd appreciate advice on getting accepted, or maybe alternative school suggestions.

I am sorry, but your shot is horrible your GPA well, sucks and GPA is very important.

Colleges like to see that you didnt just join a lot of your clubs one year before you applied…normally two or three years in a few clubs is better than one year in 10. But I think that these schools are pretty high reaches considering your relatively low gpa.

Although you did pretty well on your standardized testing, these are the best schools in the nation you really have to show or do something that stands out to be appealing to them. I would look at some schools like UMBC, Towson, Eastern Michgan University. These are just some schools that I am aware of but I’m not sure if they are the best matches for you. Goodluck!!!
