What are my chances (so far) of getting into USC under a THEATER MAJOR?

I am still a junior. I’ll probably be getting into more activities over the summer, do more community service hours, re-take SATs to get a higher score (definitely doing that), and my cumulative GPA will increase. None of this is set in stone, but here goes:

Cumulative GPA: 3.8 (excluding my junior year, and my school does not weigh GPAs, nor does it have class rankings)
SAT: 1490 (I KNOW it’s terrible, retaking at least twice)
ACT: Taking in April…
Info: I am black, I live on the east coast, and I am also a lesbian.
Extracurricular activities:
Mock Trial (Regional Champions)
Drama Club (President)
Improvisational Comedy Team
National Technical Honor Society
National Honor Society
Japanese Shodokun (martial arts)
Kung Fu (martial arts)
Horseback-riding
Gay-Straight-Alliance (Founder and President)
Anime Club
Poetry Club

Community Service:
Camp Schmidt Internship (a camp for children)
Cherry Blossom Festival volunteer
Bakesale for the Homeless (once a year for two years)
My hours have not been tallied up yet, but I should have at least 60.

Awards:
1st Place Essay Contest Winner (school competition)
1st Place Monologue Contest Winner (County competition-invited to perform at Harlem Film Festival)
Plenty of miscellaneous awards/certificates from karate, community service, photography, and school

Interesting facts:
I portrayed Charlie in my school’s adaptation of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
I was the Wicked Witch in my school’s adaptation of The Wizard Of Oz
Performed a scene from Much Ado About Nothing on the Shakespeare Theater (invited to perform again for Congress in May)
Selected for (though could not afford) the National Leadership Conference
Learning to speak German
I play the piano, and a little guitar

So…what are my chances? Mostly referring to my GPA and extracurriculars. Also, I am a pretty good at writing, therefore, I think my college essay will be pretty good. I am predicting an SAT score in the 1700s…and an ACT score from 26-28. And I don’t necessarily come from a rich home, my parents make $80,000 a year. With all of this considered…do I have a good chance of getting accepted? If not, what can I do between this summer and this November in order to improve my chances? And if not USC, what other colleges in the L.A or New York City area do you think I have a good chance of getting into? *Btw, I’m am talking about the University of Southern California, not Carolina.
