Please honestly rate my chances and feel free to offer tips :)

You have really strong ECs and have a lot of good stuff to put in your essays. A 190 on the PSAT translates to a 1900 on the SAT, and in order to get into those schools listed you would need to bring that up to at least a 2200+. The only thing is that you are an international student, and I’m not sure how much of a difference that makes in your chances, but right now, based on your current info, you have a 4/10 chance for all universities you listed, bring that SAT up to 2200, and you can bring your chances up to a 7/10. Oh, and btw, if you have a primary interest in medicine, you should take part in an activity or internship that has to do with medical so that the colleges can see your ambitions. Good luck! :)
