What are my chances/ Subject tests

Hello, I am a senior preparing for college and wondering if anyone could help me to see if I will make it into certain colleges. My choices are:
UNC
Nc State
UVA
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
Cornell (I know I probably wouldn’t make it in here, but I want to try!)
To give you an idea, here are some facts on my profile:
SAT: 1890 (680 Math, 660 Writing, 550 Reading)
ACT: 28 (32 Math, 29 Reading, 26 Science, 26 English) (Superscored, my Science would be 28 and my composite would be 29.)
GPA: 4.58 (3.88 UW)
Class rank: Top 5%
EC’s: Soccer for one year, Marching Band for two years, Jazz Band for one year, Pit Orchestra for two years, and Beta Club.
Awards: Best in Spanish 1, Best in Algebra 2, Best in Pre-Calculus, Most Oustanding Musician, Beta Club Member.
Leadership: Captain in Marching Band.

I’m not certain if I will make it into certain places, so any advice will help.
Additionally, I’m taking Subject tests soon (as they are required at UVA and Cornell), and I wanted to ask what would be good Subject test scores for both Math tests, the History Test, and The Literature Test for UVA. Thanks for any assistance!

Good Math II score is like 780+ since the curve is so generous, USH and Lit 750+ are pretty good. That SAT score and ACT score really makes your chances of getting into Cornell way way below average if you want an honest opinion.

I know, I’m probably not going to apply there, but I just put it on there to say “Why not?”. I may plan on retaking the SAT to get it up, but I actually wanted to see what would be considered a good Subject score for UVA in particular. If you can help with that, that would be greatly appreciated. Also, do you know about Math 1 as well? Thanks for the help, by the way.
