What are my chances to an ivy league?

Freshman year-B's and C's in Honors
Sophmore year- B's in level 2's and 1's
Junior year: High B's +A's in level 1's

Sport: Tennis
100 Hours of volunteer
High sat score...2300s and up.

and can i rule out harvard?

Yes, unless you're really good at tennis.

Harvard is probably not realistic based on this info, but there are lots of other great schools to consider.

nice sat score. you must be pretty smart, but it's a pity you didn't work harder on grades. My honest opinion is that your grades kill your chances at ivies (even thought there is a general trend of improvement) unless you are extraodinary at something (like a big award or talent like tennis)

GPA is pretty important, and much more so than SAT scores. Tennis is not going to help you out much unless you are at the level of a D1 athlete, in which case you are a match for basically any college.

id say youre reject at all ivies if you have that little ECS/Achievements

and where are your SAT IIS? unless u took ACt PLUS writing

^ i didnt see the 2300+ part

still, id say a reject fron HYP + Upenn

GPA is too weak. Unless your school is highly competitive and nationally ranked, there's no excuse for those grades. Sometimes, it could even be detrimental to have a high SAT but low GPA. It just shows that you're good at tests, but can't carry through in the regular curriculum. While college is probably full of tests, colleges can't rule out the chance that you're a one trick pony. You clearly aren't putting all of your app on here, otherwise there'd be a complete list like other people. Is tennis your only EC? Do you have awards? If you're not going to put something complete for people to chance, the people on here aren't really dignifying you with "proper" chances.

Ivy League: Reach

+Scholastic Arts and Awards--Silver and Gold (so i won twice in photography and fashion)

Is there any other awards i can go for? I'm not familiar with them.

This is what Yale states on its homepage:

"The single most important document in the application is the high school transcript...A very strong performance in a demanding college preparatory program may compensate for modest standardized test scores, but it is unlikely that high standardized test scores will persuade the Admissions Committee to disregard an undistinguished secondary school record."

i really think your grades are too low to seriously consider the ivy league...but i'm no expert on admissions...
