OP, if you are looking for schools with liberal arts focuses, in addition to the smaller/undergraduate focused Ivies which include Princeton, Brown, Dartmouth, look at the top-30 liberal arts colleges as there are some great choices and as an Asian male it could work like geographic diversity.
Hey guys again this is purely theoretical. The Sat score that I stated as a 2350 is just a rough estimate that I believe that I could get. Also, I was on suicide watch and it’s already documented in my records. I plan to explain about how I had a really rough past but that I wanted to change based off America’s problems dealing with it. For example, the counselors that tried to treat me weren’t really helpful and only “helped” me bc it was school protocol. School in general is just bad in general because of the terrible curriculum that we’re forced to adhere to and teachers are way too underpaid. The fact that we have to like subjects that don’t interest us at all is just the problem. And finally, the homeless that I see in the suburbs of Atlanta really hits my heart and it’s why I want to clean up poverty when I grow up(Also why I want to start a charity organization to help). These facts that made up the bulk of my childhood are essentially going to be the outline of my essay. I also want to go in a political science major btw and try to solve america’s problems based off German and Scandinavian solutions.

ok the new sat is out of 1600. An ‘elite’ score like what you are aiming for would correlate to roughly a 1560+
