What are my chances to Boston U, Maryland...

<p>Hi, I am a junior in highschool and i was wondering if I am on track to the schools i am interested in, or to see what i need to improve in. The schools I am interested in are Boston U, University of Maryland College Park (Alumni- Dad), Northeastern (Alumni Mom), Temple University and Georgetown.</p>

<p>My overall highschool GPA (UW) - 3.75 (92.5)
Weight - not sure but around 95-96</p>

<p>Freshman GPA -91
Sophomore GPA -94
Junior - so far 95</p>

<p>I have/am currently taking 3 AP. - AP Bio, AP Chem AP Stat
6 honors - Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre Calc, Global History 10 and Spanish 4</p>

<p>Tests-
AP bio - 3
SAT 1810 (Math 650 C.R. 500 Writing: 660) - the C.R. is awful will be taking again.
SAT 2 - Bio 580 </p>

<p>Awards
- National honor society (expected to be)
Math national honor society (already made)
-figure i would throw this in but Former NYS chess champion - Rating around 1650 if anybody knows what that means haha</p>

<p>Extra C.
-School newspaper - three years
- Math team 2 years
Golf 2 years - One varsity letter
Volleyball 3 years - One varsity letter
Baseball 3 years - One varsity letter
Volunteer - dog shelter, looking to do it at local hospital
Mow lawns around the street - dont know if that matter haha</p>

<p>U of Maryland is definitely a match for you! BU is a little tougher, though I’d still bet on you getting in. Your application looks rather impressive!</p>

<p>Im considering bu and umd as well! We have similar stats and ec’s but you have a slightly better GPA. If you’re not in then i’m not in. But in my admittedly biased opinion you have a good shot.</p>

<p>I am quite certain you will get into BU, NE and Maryland because they are all around the same difficulty to get in. Georgetown I am assuming is your reach school, and you have a shot. It is really hard to get in because it is such a score-based college. Good luck!</p>

<p>A 92.5 GPA can range from anywhere between 3.75 to 4.0, depending on whom you ask at an admissions office.</p>
