What are my chances to certain schools?

Hello everyone,
this is my first post.

Well, right now I'm a junior in high school and I've been starting to be concerned with the university I will go to.

Here is a list of what I've done and will do:

SAT: Haven't Taken (Aiming for 2350+)
PSAT: 216 (I believed I missed National Merit by a point or two)
SAT Subjective Tests: Haven't taken. (Will take Math IIC, Chemistry, Biology)

GPA Unweighted: 3.92 (I've gotten 1 B up to the end of Sophomore year; however, I got another B in English this year)
GPA Weighted: ... no clue. My school doesn't do these things until we take APs, and they only allow us to take APs in 11th and 12th grade.
I am an IB student (although I plan to drop out next year and do more EC and gain more time for other things)
European History AP: 4
At Community Colleges: Psych: A, Statistics: A, Anthropology: A, Some History class.. I forgot: A
I plan on taking Physics at a community College.

Extra Curriculum:
I haven't done much so I'm not sure.
Volunteer at a Senior Center every Saturdays for about 2 hours since 9th grade
School Cabinet Representative (9th, 10th, 11th)
Attempted to run for President but failed (9th, 10th)
NHS (10th, 11th, hopefully 12th)
4th place for piano SYMF
2nd place for piano Winter Festival (local competition)
Officer of a Senior Citizen Club (10th)
Historian of a Senior Citizen Club (11th)

My EC is quite weak. I'm not sure what to do especially with this killer IB program.

Letters of Recommendation?
Not yet, but I do plan on getting one from a Chemistry AP teacher. I started with a flat C in his class and ended up with a flat B. I made good relations with him and I'm hoping that I will get a 5 on my AP test to get myself a raise to an A.

The biggest problem is I'm asian. And I do know that asians do have a disadvantage in getting to colleges.

College Goals:
UCSD 7 year medical (With my current status... I'm not sure if I'm even close as they only accept 12 people yearly)
Stanford (I've seen a person with a 4.0 GPA, 2350, and a bunch of EC getting rejected from here... so I'm not sure again)
[Backup] UC Berkley (I'm hoping I will get accepted here if I fail to get accepted to the above schools)

Harvard?
Yale?

Criticism is welcomed! I'm in dire need of aid.

Update on EC:
I went on a 4 day 3 nights camp that helped Handicapped people. It’s a program in which I am paired up with a handicapped person and I take care and do many activities such as swimming, hiking, etc.

Though i am also an Asian, but i think it won’t be a big disadvantage. Just go ahead and try your best , get involved in more activities you truly interested in!!

thanks for replying, but the thing is, i have a hispanic friend who got into stanford, but i have another asian friend who didn’t. everyone at my school KNOWS that this asian friend did so much more and had higher grades. so i don’t know what to say.
