<p>I slacked of my freshmen year (Partly due to my Brother's heart condition)
I am about to tell all my grades
These are weighted
2.75 = Freshmen
4.25=Sophmore
4.25=Junior
Sat=1810
ACt=26
I have some extra cirrcular activites and about 100 volunteer hours</p>
<p>These are my choices for Colleges
1.NC State University(Most Favorite)
2.UNC - Greensboro
3.East Carolina University
4.Appalachian State</p>
<p>One thing is for sure you will get into all of those schools with your GPA and SAT; unless your trying NC-State for Engineering. You might even be able to get into UNC - Chapel Hill if you have a but kicking essay and recommendations. Try to get some work experience in your desired field. Other than that you have a very good chance, maybe even a chance for some scholarship money (those schools don’t exactly recruit the smartest). If I were you I’d shoot a little higher and try taking the SAT one more time then apply to Chapel Hill.</p>
<p>I think UNC - Chapel Hill—others mentioned it I don’t know if you’re actually interested—might be too far of a reach if admissions are too sympathetic or you don’t boost your scores, but those that you listed seem very feasible, especially if you raise your SAT scores your senior year and good ECs. The upward trend and the story supporting it may off-set your low Freshman GPA, which is the least important one. </p>
