What are my chances to get into Brown University and how can I up them?

Brown is my dream school and it'd mean the world for me to get in. I'm currently a sophomore and I'm really concerned because I think my chances are low due to my grades and GPA. This year has been off for me for some reason and I think I've sabotaged my chances. Where can I improve and what chance do I have to get in?
These are the classes I've taken:
9th Grade:
1.) Algebra 1- B, A-
2.) Spanish 1- A-, A
3.) Honors World History- B+, B
4.) PE- A-, A
5.) Honors English 1- B, B
7.) Orchestra-A, A
8.) Honors Biology-B, A-
And then I took Geometry over the summer:
B, B

10th Grade:
1.) Honors Algebra 2/Trig-C, so far:C
2.) Spanish II-A, so far:A
3.) AP European History-B, so far: B
4.) PE-A, so far: A+
5.) Honors English 2-B, so far: A
6.) Orchestra-A, so far: A
8.) Honors Chemistry-C+, so far: C

Over the summer, I will complete the school/state requirements by taking one semester of Government, and one of Consumer Econ.

As you can see, math and chem are my horrible subjects and honestly this is really bumming me out. How can I improve? Any suggestions?

No sports, but I may play soccer...and in college I am planning to play field hockey.
I have not taken the ACT yet, but my projected score from my PLAN is 31-34. I will get a tutor to get 35-36.
Cumulative GPA weighted: 3.87
PLAN Score: 25, National Rank:97%
Planning to take SAT subject tests for: Biology E/M, Physics and maybe Math Level 1, idk. I suck at math, but I'm thinking I'll get a tutor.
My projected classes for 11th and 12th are:
11th:
1.) Precalculus
2.) APUSH
3.) PE
4.) AP English III
5.) Orchestra
6.) Honors Physics
7.)

12th:
1.) AP Calc AB
2.) PE
3.) AP English IV
4.) Orchestra
5.) AP Biology
6.)
7.)

For those 3 spots, I am planning to choose from: AP Physics, AP Chem(with a tutor), Anatomy and Physiology, Genetics, APES, or AP Psychology. I am going to go talk to my counselor tomorrow.

Also, I am planning to get a tutor to help me out with the ACT, AP Chem (if I take it), Honors Physics (if I need it), and Precalc if necessary.

I am also going to get a job soon working in retail probably, and I am planning to work as an EMT while in undergrad to earn experience for medical school.

OK LOL, so this is basically my life story up here ^. As you can tell, I want to get into Brown SO BAD and I am willing to do anything. Please give me any comments, don't hesitate to be blunt. I just want advice. I am the first in my family to live in the US and go to a US college, so there's really no one I can get advice about this from. Please, just feel free to spew any thoughts. Suggestions, ideas, places I lack, what I can do to improve, anything.

Thank you so much for your time and help. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

Brown is/was my dream school too since the 7th grade omg. Your GPA is realllllly reallly low and there’s honestly nothing you can do to raise it to an acceptable level. Do make sure you do a sport if you want any chance. Don’t take Math 1, it’s a joke test that no one cares about and the curve on Math 2 is easier.

Brown: reach
