Hello friends,
I m an international applicant, with a gpa of 3.0 and 3.37 according to WES evaluation. I just got a reject from San Jose SU stating i do not meet their minimum GPA requirements.
I have also applied to CSU Fullerton CSU LongBeach and New Jersey Institute Of Technology for masters in Computer Science.
My GRE score is 295 (Q: 157, V:138). I got 7 bands in my IELTS exam. I do not have any work experience.
Now i m really worried if i would get into any one of them, or should i apply to some rather more average university. Is the time still favourable for applying for FALL '14?
I badly need some suggestions as to some universities which a sure shot. I do not care if they are good or not as i cannot waste 1 more year again applying.
Your help will be really appreciated.

CSUF and CSULB are both in the CSU system, so I would think if you did not meet the minimum GPA requirements for SJSU, we would not meet the requirements for CSUF and CSULB. I would call admissions to verify all the colleges your are waiting on.

Thanks for the information.
Yes i already did call them and they said the same things written on their website. According to those requirements i did meet the SJSU requirements too. I have applied for a reconsideration at SJSU, after talking to the department head. Currently waiting for them to get back. The reject may be because of less space left i.e. what i m supposing.
Which universities would be sure shot keeping in mind my profile ?!
