What are my chances to get into PSU, UMD, JMU

Hello everyone. I have applied to Penn State University, University of Maryland, James Madison University, Rutgers, University of Massachusetts and the University of Delaware. I was wondering if anyone could give me any input on what my chances are to get into these schools. I know that my GPA is low.

My Stats:
SAT: 1320
GPA: 3.0
All honor core classes
2 APs (psych, stat)
Race: Black and White
Gender: Female
EC: Volunteer at my local hospital, have a job, Health Professions Club, Member of student government, FBLA, member of peer leadership program, accepted into competitive science academy at school.

depends on your major

Where are you instate?
(What’s your parents’ budget?)

UMaryland is likely out of reach, except perhaps through a special spring admit program and I’m not sure even with that.
Penn State will likely be branch campus.
JMU and UDel you have a shot.
Do you want to attend a large University?

I live in New Jersey. I would like to attend a large school but I have applied to smaller schools (Drexel, Seton Hall) I just got an acceptance to Seton Hall last weekend. Maryland is wayy out of my reach but just wanted to see if I had any chance

Apply to TCNJ too.
Seton Hall is often very expensive - they give a small scholarship to most but if you subtract it from total costs you’re likely to end up with 40k to pay anyway.
What’s your parents’ budget?
You may want to add Ohio University, University of Cincinnati, UNH, WVU, VCU, CNU. At CNU apply to presidential leadership scholarships.

I received my acceptance package from seton hall today and the scholarship was for $96,000 but it will still cost a lot to attend. Thank you for those suggestions!! I will defiantly look into them
