<p>That SAT score is sorely lacking for any of those schools and would require a lot of amazing EC’s or a terrible situation in your life. Thankfully, it seems that way for you. However, are you a US citizen. It might benefit if you are a citizen as not all colleges are need-blind for international students.</p>

<p>Yeah, I like your EC’s a lot since you did show well in Cross Country. Plus you are a URM (increases your chances) and you have a very nice GPA and show dedication with the AP’s.</p>
<p>However, if you can get the SAT up to ~2000 then you would be a very competitive applicant, especially due to your unique circumstances.</p>
<p>College Board sells books of old SAT tests, so use those to guess your score.</p>
