What are my chances to get into Tufts

I swim for 3 hours a day at a very competitive level so hopefully colleges understand limited time for other extra curriculars

What are my chances to get into tufts? will swimming help me if the team is D3?

You are in the ballpark but Tufts admission is very quirky.

If you are swimming at a level that you would be a top performer on the team (i.e. the coach is willing to use a recruiting slot) then it will make a difference (but it will probably require that you apply ED). Otherwise, it is considered as any other activity. You should contact the coach.
