What are my chances to get into UCSB?

Here are my stats after fall:
GPA: 3.44 UC-Transferrable courses
then a 3.5 after winter courses

I completed my pre req’s of:
Business Calc in fall
Econ 1 in winter
Accounting 1 in winter

I have several classes of the IGETC and Pre-Req’s IP:
Geology
Biology
Econ 2
Accounting 2
English 102

I’m also taking:
Stats

I have no idea if any of these IP’s during the spring have an effect on my admission chances.
