What are my chances to get into?

Apply : UCLA, UCDavis, Irvine, Santa Cruz, Riverside, San Diego , SB
Predictable GPA: 2.9 ( maybe 3.0 to 3.1 don't know yet)
What CSUs or others should I apply in order to get in for sure?</p>

<p>since you are international student.... and GPA isnt high..... and your major is popular Riverside/Santa Cruz should be good for u!</p>

<p>The other factor running against you is that you're applying as an out of state (OOS) candidate.</p>

<p>CSU wise I think SJSU is supposed to have a top notch engineering program. As is Cal Poly SLO . I think if you want a safety CSU you could maybe try for CSU East Bay / CSU Hayward...?</p>
