What are my chances to get my education?

hey, I go to California state university and got expelled. Currently , I’m student at different school that I have applied to before even the process of expulsion. My gpa is like 2.89 something now.
I got an email that I got expulsion from college for a violation of
academic honesty.

This is my first offense (first time ) and they expelled me for what it is supposed to be that I got helped from a tutor that supposedly done my work !!! They don’t have enough evidence and VP was racist and so disrespectful. Anyhow, I’m in the process of taking this matter with my lawyer to court . But, My question here , should I tell my new school or not ? Will they find out later if I don’t ? My school is a private school with 100% accepting rate .

Please do not judge me , I know it’s hard to believe students when it comes to cheating but I seriously didn’t cheat . Any tip will help !!!

Sue CSU for all they’ve got. There have been multiple cases of racism at the schools. Tell your new school that you were expelled and are going to court.

Thank you . I’ll . I’m actually in the process of suing the school . IhavE contacted my new school and they told me that it doesn’t matter anymore since the expulsion was after I was admitted to the school program .
