Hello everybody!

I will really appreciate if you will share your opinions about my chances to get an admission to a Harvard MBA program.
I am female, an international student form Kazakhstan. I graduated from a university in Kazakhstan and have a bachelor in Business Administration. My GPA is 3.9
I am planning to take GMAT next fall, now I am preparing for it. Let’s assume that my score will be more than 700.
I know that in Harvard web site they say that there I do not need to have much experience, but I am worried that it still will be a problem.
I worked in local company in my city in Kazakhstan for a year part time and seven month full time as a human resource manager.
I did a lot of community work back home and organized a lot of events.
I have a lot of leadership experience – I completed with excellence International Servant Leadership Program (from Marshall Christensen Foundation), included Leadership Course from the organization, personal research on leadership and Servant leadership academy in Portland, OR, USA.
For two years I was a Leader of Servant leadership team, and students’ non-profit organization Intervarsity leader.
I have two 1 month long internships in United States.

What do you think?
Thank you)
