School doesn't rank
SAT: 670M, 540R, 600W (1210/1810)
ACT: 27
TOEFL iBT: 98
Many good ECs and strong recommendation letters</p>

<p>What are my chances to these following schools:
University of Washington (Seattle)
Boston University
University of Wisconsin (Madison)
University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign)</p>

<p>I haven't a clue how being international effects chances, but your stats give you a shot at BU. My sense is that the others may be more competitive, but I honestly don't know. Consider yourself bumped.</p>
