<p>Hi, I applying as a transfer student to UT Austin for the fall 2009 and I am actually enrolled at UT Pan American and my major is economics. What are my chances? my GPA is 2.97 and I have pretty good essays and I am enrolled at students associations in UT Pan American and good letters of recommendation from the dean and the chair and my economics professors. I know that UT Austin requires at least 3.0 to review the application, so i am taking classes this semester and I will definitively l have a 3.3 GPA or above and I forgot to mention that Economics is at College of liberal Arts at Austin and I am U.S citizen and texas resident.</p>
<p>the deadline is on march the 1st and I already sent everything but my spring grades are going to be available on the transcript untill the end of this semester. Are they going to reviewed by May or are they going to rejected it. I also have the advantage of the Texas resident and the UT system so chance please...</p>
