What are my chances to Wharton?

<p>I was wondering what you think my chances are in applying to Wharton Early Decision. I also have an older sibling who already attends Wharton and we are both very similar all around.</p>

<p>Classes (we have IB at my school and I take the hardest course load. taking 4 higher levels when only 3 are required)</p>

<p>I am Lebanese but consider myself American. Been living internationally all my life and speak 3 languages rather well.</p>

<p>GPA: 3.98</p>

<p>HL Economics
HL Math
HL Physics
HL English
SL Spanish
SL History</p>

<p>I've played both varsity rugby and soccer and track since sophmore year. Was a vice captain for both sports my junior year and am currently the captain for soccer and rugby my senior year.</p>

<p>NHS (Junior and Senior Year)</p>

<p>Founded a fundraising club for less fortunate my junior and senior year. Done very well and this club is spreading to other high schools in the area. I've set it up from scratch without a teacher's help. Our success has prompted the school to ask us to absorb smaller, less successful clubs.</p>

<p>Disc Jockey since Sophmore year. Donate money I make to the club. Electronic music is my passion and I love mixing progressive house and trance music.</p>

<p>Vice-president of a Sports Council at my school.</p>

<p>SAT score: 2200. 770 Math, 760 Writing, 670 reading
Math SAT II: 770
Physics SAT II: 790</p>

<p>Please be realistic as Wharton is my top choice and I am doing whatever it takes to get in.</p>

<p>My recommendations should be very good and my essay will talk about how founding a club is really like running a business</p>

<p>You seem to lack EC’s for busines. But besides that, it is a crapshoot for anyone to get into wharton</p>

<p>Fair point. However, the club I’ve founded is run like a business in that we make sales pitches to corporate sponsors, operate on budgets for individual projects. And in all honesty, I’ve maxed out what’s available at my school in terms of classes and workload. Plus, IB Business HL is a joke of a class hence the choice of econ as an HL. I’ve got other clubs I’m part of but just listed main stuff.</p>

<p>How does a combination of Early Decision and having a sibling attend Wharton affect my chances?</p>
