What are my chances? Tufts, NYU, Bowdoin, BU

Hey guys! I know everybody does these so I was just gonna ask for some opinions. So I guess I should start off with the basics:
-GPA 4.13
-All IB classes (I've taken all rigorous classes)
-Rank 11 of 300
-All of my grades are A's or A+'s
-SAT 1940 (I retook them last week) ACT 28 (retaking them)
EC'S
-I volunteer a lot, through humanitarian club, I'm very involved in the special olympics team in my town and I love it, Haitian health foundation, habitat for humanity
-I am a Captain on the volleyball team (4 years)
-Varsity Tennis all four years
-Vice president of Humanitarian club
-Student leadership Member
-National Honor Society member
-National Art honor society
-I'm a first generation student, I'm Chinese
-I've worked as a summer camp counselor
I was just wondering what my chances are, my standardized I think is my weakest link, but I really want to go to Tufts, I'm applying there ED. I know the essay has a lot to do with admissions, and I'm writing about how much volunteering means to me and how I want to study the medical field and hopefully do aid work. I really don't know what else to put down, but I'm really just looking for realistic chances, thanks for the help!

Tufts: Reach
NYU: Reach
BU: High match
Bowdoin: Reach

Do you have a safety?

By reach do you mean a high reach? Yeah I have a few back ups Uconn, Vassar, Colgate, Colby sawyer, and bates. Would it help at all if I have a legacy at NYU?

The only backups that can be legitimately used as such are UConn and Colby-Sawyer.

Tufts: reach
NYU: slight reach/high match (legacy will help if it’s father or grandfather)
BU: high match
Bowdoin: reach

If you raise your SAT score to a 2100+ or ACT to 30+ your chances will increase a lot.

To be brutally honest, all of those colleges are going to see your scores and think there is some kind of grade inflation going on. All A’s or A+'s in all IB’s, and only a 1940/28? I have like a 3.8 weighted, and just got a 32 on my act with no prep, first time. Raise your scores and you’ll have a chance, as for now BU is probably your best bet.

Thanks for the honesty everyone! You guys are just telling me what my guidance counselor won’t and I really appreciate it! I pretty much recognize that my scores are really weak. I think I was really idealizing the colleges hoping that they would recognize that the rigor of my courses shows that I am an academically strong student and that those tests do not accurately display my potential. However there is obviously nothing ideal about the college admission process…
