(Any recommendations for schools with a nice Computer Engineering program?)

Schools might be a bit disappointed when they see you took so many AP classes but didn’t seriously excel in certain ones. However, I do think that you have pretty high chances at UCDavis, Georgia Tech, and UW with your SAT scores, extracurriculars, and awards. You should consider taking the SAT IIs!!!

Good luck and keep us updated on your applications!

Your UW GPA will keep you out of LA, Berkeley, San Diego and Davis. Computer engineering is a very competitive major, such that it will be tough for Cal Poly. Try adding some safeties.
I agree that those scores in your AP subjects are very telling.

Play up your work experience because your ECs are limited.
Are you in state for California?

UC GPA? http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

Low GPA for Berkeley and UCLA. Possible for UCSD.
