What are my chances? (UCF)

Hello, I applied to UCF as a transfer student for spring 2016. I have 30 credits at this moment and my GPA is 3.5. I am currently taking 2 classes this summer. My application status is the following:

An admission decision is being deferred pending receipt of your college transcript showing your current, in progress semester grades. In addition, please review the required documents listed below. A final, official transcript must be received directly from each school or testing agency. These can be sent to UCF Undergraduate Admissions, P.O. Box 160111, Orlando, FL 32816-0111

I would like to know your experiences and what is your opinion about my chances of being accepted.
Besides that I would like to know if the credits I might earn by taking the CLEP exam (Spanish Language) will be counted as credits for transfer.

That’s their standard message when an application is incomplete. They cannot evaluate an incomplete set of data. Why have you not sent your transcripts?

I did, but I guess they need more information. I barely have 30 credits and I am taking Calculus and English 1102 this summer. At the end of this summer I will be sending the updated transcripts. Do you think it is going to be hard for me to get accepted?
