<p>I'm planning to apply to the University of Georgia next week, but I'm really scared of not being accepted.</p>
<p>my current gpa is 3.53 and my SAT score is 1250. I will be retaking the SAT this saturday and the ACT the week after. I'm very nervous. I just moved to Georgia and as of right now, the University of Georgia is my top choice. </p>
<p>what do you guys think?</p>
<p>Okay, two questions--</p>
<p>(1) First, I presume that the 1250 SAT is just for the CR and Math portion (and not for all three portions--which includes the writing section), and
(2) Has your family established permanent residence in Georgia?</p>
<p>If the answer to both of the questions above is yes, then you are a Safe Match to Match at the University of Georgia. </p>
<p>If the answer is no to #1, then you are a Reach for Georgia</p>
<p>If the answer is yes to #1 and no to #2, then you are probably a Match to Slight Reach at Georgia, but probably closer to Match.</p>

<p>Sadly, 1250 is for all 3 sections. I just took the SAT today. Hopefully...Hopefully... I did a lot better than my previous one. thanks a lot for the information!</p>
